The department (global benefits pratice) is responsible for making analyses in the field of Global Employee Benefits and giving advice to international companies (multinationals), which operate from the Netherlands.

Jobdescription: Analist Global (Employee) Benefits

The Analist Global (Employee) Benefits main functions and responsibilities are:

• Coordination of global/ regional employee benefit programmes rage mandates;
• Managing global/ regional benefit inventories/ audits;
• Preparation of (stewardship) reports;
• Coordination of (cross-border) Employee benefit opportunities using the Aon Global Network;
• Assisting the (Senior) Global Benefits Consultants;
• Populating and updating the current databases e.g. Global Benefits Manager.

Requirements: Analist Global (Employee) Benefits

• At least 3 years experience in the (Global) insurance market;
• Experience in consulting is a preference;
• Knowledge of (the Dutch) employee benefits (insurance) market (knowledge of Retirement is a preference);
• Language skills at least English and Dutch (is a preference);
• Analytical;
