File & Print technical specialist wanted for an international bank in Utrecht. You will be working for the Trading Room Support team at the IT infrastructure, which is the operational IT department within the companies international organisation. This department controls business IT processes, and services the total IT Infrastructure of our client’s International organization. Although IT Infrastructure has a global focus, it uses regional organisations to service the business locally.

Job profile: File & Print technical specialist

Based in Utrecht and reporting to the manager of trading room support you will be primarily responsible for supporting financial markets traders in across a broad range of IT services. You will be the primary contact for File, Print and all supported Windows / Intel Platforms

Requirements: File & Print technical specialist

• Expert Knowledge of Windows Server Technologies;
• Knowledge of Microsoft File Systems;
• Back Up and restore Technologies;
• In-depth knowledge of PC hardware peripherals;
• Knowledge of audio-visual equipment;
• Knowledge of MS Office suite and prevailing RI MS desktop operating system version;
• Knowledge of Reuters Dealing 3000, RTW, Triach (including DACS);
• Knowledge of broker systems (e.g. Swiskey Execution, BrokerTec etc.);
• Knowledge of Bloomberg, (open and standalone) Tradefeeder;
• Knowledge of server-based applications (Citrix, Terminal Server);
• Ability to remain calm in a high pressure environment, able to cope with stress.
