Responsibilities SAP FICO Functional Consultant

The Finance and Control team collaborates closely with the IT department, leveraging a cloud-based landscape with SAP S/4HANA to drive efficiency and innovation across the organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate with the Finance department to assess current SAP workflows and identify opportunities for enhancement, followed by the implementation of these improvements.
  • Review and assist in resolving Finance-related support tickets.
  • Work with cross-functional groups to collect business requirements pertaining to inventory valuation and convert those into effective SAP solutions.
  • Configure and tailor the SAP Inventory module to align with the organization’s specific requirements while ensuring scalability and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with IT, Finance, and supply chain teams to facilitate the integration of the SAP Inventory module with other SAP modules and external applications.
  • Create and sustain real-time inventory tracking and reporting systems within SAP to deliver insightful information to stakeholders.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation related to system configurations, workflows, and established best practices.

Requirements SAP FICO Functional Consultant

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience as an SAP Consultant, specifically with significant expertise in the FICO module.
  • Previous experience in the e-commerce or retail sector is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of additional SAP modules, such as MM (Materials Management), is a big plus.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Full eligibility to work in the Netherlands, without the need for visa sponsorship.

The Offer SAP FICO Functional Consultant

This is a great permanent hybrid role in venlo, for 32-40 hours, with a base salary of 5500-6000 eur gross per month (based on full-time). Aside from the base salary, there will be many other secondary benefits which we'd be happy to discuss over a phone call.
