Job Description Supervisor - Fastfood

As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the team during your shift and ensuring everything runs smoothly. You will maintain oversight, solve problems, and ensure guests receive excellent service. Your duties include:

• Guiding and motivating the team on the work floor;
• Coordinating and delegating tasks to ensure a smooth shift;
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment;

For the position of Supervisor at a well-known fast food chain, the salary range for a full-time role is between €2,300 and €2,700 gross per month, depending on your experience.
