Responsibilities: FP&A Associate: E-Commerce

As an FP&A Associate, your responsibilities will include:

• Track and evaluate key financial indicators and performance metrics to assess and enhance business outcomes;
• Contribute to the monthly and quarterly reporting process by analyzing variances and generating management reports;
• Collaborate with various departments to collect data, confirm assumptions, and provide financial insights to inform decision-making;
• Assist in the development and review of annual budget plans, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial strategies;
• Help identify potential financial risks and growth opportunities, offering actionable recommendations to senior management;
• Support the preparation of detailed financial models and reports to ensure accurate forecasting and performance evaluation;
• Provide cross-functional support to enhance the accuracy and consistency of financial data across the organization;
• Play a role in evaluating business performance, using financial data to highlight areas for improvement and ensure strategic goals are met.

Requirements: FP&A Associate: E-Commerce

In order to succeed in this role, we ask that you have: 

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, preferably within an e-commerce or similar environment;
• Experience in financial modeling and data analysis;
• Experience with financial planning software and ERP systems;
• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, or related;
• Understanding of global markets and sales channels would be considered a plus;
• Fluent in English required, Dutch preferred.

The Offer: FP&A Associate: E-Commerce
