Management Assistant - Temporary

As a Management Assistant you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning within the organization.

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Agenda- and travel management and other related activities to calendar management; 
  • You will organize management meetings, agenda and overall arrangement; 
  • You are responsible for the team calendar, scheduling meetings and business updates etc.;
  • Supporting the team with administrative tasks and declare expenses;
  • You are responsible for support to team events;
  • Purchase order management;
  • You will organize lunches, order flowers, order presents, etc. when appropriate.

The ideal candidate meets the following requirements: 

  • A secretarial background and at least 5 years of relevant experience; 
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook tools;
  • Proactive, independent and great at setting priorities and handling stressful situations;
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in the English language. Dutch is a preferred;
  • Moreover, you have fun in your job and give your best to contribute to a nice and professional work environment.

Offer : Management Assistant - Temporary

The position is for approximately 6 months from 14/07/2025. The salary is between €3500- €4000 gross per month, based on full time employment and knowledge and experience. 

How we will proceed?

Within four working days we will let you know if you qualify for the position. We will schedule an introductory interview, either digitally or in-person. During this interview we will inform you as fully as possible about the vacancy, the company and the following steps in the procedure. After consulting with you, we will introduce you to our client and then continue to guide you through the application process. Aanbod en acceptatie

Als de klant/opdrachtgever besluit om jou de baan aan te bieden, ontvang je een formeel aanbod. Het is aan jou om dit aanbod te accepteren. Als je het aanbod accepteert, regelen wij de verdere financiële afhandeling en zorgen we ervoor dat alles in orde is voor jouw nieuwe positie.
