A rapidly growing AI company is looking for a Lead Integration Engineer to strengthen its engineering capabilities and ensure the successful integration of its product suite into client infrastructures. This role is instrumental in driving technical excellence, supporting internal alignment between engineering, product, and customer success, and playing a key part in mentoring team members. 

Job Description - Lead Integration Engineer

• Collaborate with customers to design and implement efficient technical integrations, including solution architecture and data flow diagrams.
• Organize and lead technical workshops with clients and partners to guide integration approaches.
• Lead internal initiatives focused on improving system performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Develop new capabilities for the Integration landscape, ensuring maintainability and robustness.
• Reduce technical debt and reinforce best practices in testing, monitoring, and observability.
• Serve as a mentor and coach for other engineers, supporting their technical development.
• Conduct code reviews and pair programming sessions to uphold high engineering standards.
• Maintain comprehensive architectural documentation and technical guidelines.
• Drive the transition of custom solutions into standardized product features to further strengthen the platform.

Requirements - Lead Integration Engineer

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack engineering, ideally within customer-facing or B2B environments.
• Solid knowledge of Azure cloud services and infrastructure-as-code principles.
• Deep expertise in designing and maintaining secure, versioned APIs using TypeScript.
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and support team development.

• A base salary of 80-110K OTE (90%/10%) .
