Job Description Senior Manager Site Publishing – eCommerce (Fashion/Temp)

As Senior Manager Site Publishing, you’ll play a central role within the eCommerce team, overseeing the execution of content, campaigns, and promotions across the European webshop. You will ensure brand-aligned, high-quality, and timely publishing that supports both the customer experience and commercial strategy. In this cross-functional position, you’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, Buying, and Planning teams to deliver engaging digital experiences and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the publishing and maintenance of product content, campaign materials, and promotional updates across site touchpoints;
• Input into the commercial eCommerce calendar for the EMEA region, ensuring timely execution of key initiatives;
• Ensure brand and category pages meet brand guidelines, support seasonal storytelling, and align with commercial priorities;
• Lead campaign execution and monitor performance, optimizing where needed to enhance engagement and conversion;
• Act as a key link between departments to ensure technical accuracy, timing, and brand consistency across content;
• Guide, mentor, and inspire a high-performing content publishing team.

Requirements Senior Manager Site Publishing – eCommerce (Fashion/Temp)

• 10+ years of experience in digital content publishing or eCommerce operations within fashion, retail, or consumer goods;
• Strong commercial and product sensitivity, with a proven eye for UX, design, and storytelling;
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud and/or Adobe Experience Manager;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset;
• 5+ years of leadership experience, with a track record of team development and performance;
• Skilled at working cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Planning teams;
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
