Responsibilities : Quality Manager Food (TEMP)

• Designing, managing and improving the quality systems within the CAN factory;
• Improving the quality of the production process by applying techniques from the six-sigma and statistical process control;
• Implementing process improvements in the field of quality control;
• Translating insights, quality data and strategy into annual plans and actions to improve performance in the field of quality;
• Managing and organizing the quality culture. 

Requirements : Quality Manager Food (TEMP)

Enthusiastic individual with over 5 years of experience in quality management and assurance. You possess a solid foundation in food technology and thrive in collaborative environments, effectively engaging with various teams. .

• Enthusiastic colleague with extensive, at least 5-7 years of experience in a technical environment, preferably in metal technology/processing with a passion for quality;
• You have a technological background and are familiar with six sigma and optimizing production processes;
• You get energy from working with people and are able to function in multiple teams;
• You have a demonstrable HBO/WO work and thinking level and have strong analytical and communication skills;
• Mastering the Dutch language is a must;
• Skilled in coaching and mentoring;
• Open to relocating within a 1-hour commute of Leeuwarden.

The Offer : Quality Manager Food (TEMP)

Through our agency, you will receive a temporary contract for a 6 months.

The salary range for this full-time role is between €5,000 and €6,500 gross per month, depending on your education and experience.
