In this role you will be responsible for the execution of projects of several clients. From planning to realization of the stands. In this role you will be of assistance with the co-ordination of show planning to the Account Directors and to the Event Co-ordinator. You deliver small events and special projects. Those are successful, service led & profitable events throughout Europe.
Responsibilities Account Executive Events
As an Account Executive Events this will be your main tasks;
Managing all small events and special projects;
Assisting in show planning;
Remaining in contact with suppliers and internal operations department;
Distribution of show information;
Client contact to establish key show information and answser questions;
Managing exhibitor order forms;
Provide administrative support;
Attend show site;
Take care of all the travel arrangements that are made;
Requirements Account Executive Events
The following criteria are essential for an Account Executive Events like you;
3-5 years experience within a similar role;
You can work with minimal supervision;
Professional oral and writing in English (bi-lingual is a plus);
Planning and organizing;
Flexible and problem solving;
Leadership, teamwork and excellent communication skills;
32-40 hour workweek
The salary of the Project Assistant Events will be between the €2300,- and €3000,- on a 40 hour workweek.
