We are looking for a Back Office Administrator for an international bank in Amsterdam! In this role you will be preparing standard bank confirmations, supporting daily DTC and Nostro accounts and handling all the relevant internal inquiries.

Responsibility Back Office Administrator
Prepare standard bank confirmations and certificates of balance for customers including preparing the product charges;
Support daily and monthly Nostro reconciliations of (including DNB) and DTC accounts including investigations and maintenance ( For instances the statements, checking and prepare instructions of charges);
Conduct monthly reconciliations of suspense accounts. One day a week at HR department to reconcile HR suspense accounts;
Check and distribute and file daily listings;
Respond to a wide range of internal inquiries, resolve issues and refer matters to colleagues to ensure customer satisfactions;
Construct, provide and assist the management reports, regulator reporting or ad-hoc reports on time with accuracy;
Support (senior) management in the development, maintenance and communication of policies, guidelines, tools and methodologies;
Support as required in projects and activities;
Adapt to and identify changes in systems, processes and working practices;
Ensure compliance with the Bank’s books of instructions, procedures and guidelines together with all relevant regulatory and statutory requirements where;
Appropriate implementing actions to protect the Bank’s business at all times.
Requirements Back Office Administrator
MBO/ HBO in Finance, Business Administrations or relevant.
Minimum 1-2 years experiences in a similar role.
Knowledge of automated database storage and processing and desktop IT skills.
Good communication skills in Dutch and English are essential.
Team player with a customer focus.

Salary ranges from 1800-2800 gross ( 38,75 hours) based on your education and working experiences.
