Responsibilities Business Systems Analyst - Supply Chain
With a new warehouse opening, the Business Systems Analyst will focus on the upcoming increasing scope. This will bring proactively coordinating the day to day business support and testing of existing scope and participating in evolution of this scope. You will also review and propose structural improvements of processes in order to ensure an optimal and sustainable service delivery that meets or exceeds the business expectations. In this position you will work with a wide range of stakeholders, including internal colleagues/clients, project teams, key users; local IT & data, externals and Suppliers & Partners.
Among your responsibilities:
Coordinating the system trouble shooting with regional / global teams and the Logistic Service Provider;
Daily monitoring and solving of EDI/IDoc issues;
Operational and system issue root cause analysis, solutions and corrections;
Weekly KPI reporting (stock accuracy, IDoc’s);
Stock accuracy monitoring;
Inventory control, ensure synchronisation of systems vs real, in close collaboration with Logistic Service Provider;
Provide effective functional user support;
Accuracy monitoring in Quality Status Management System;
Coordinate and follow up testing on a day to day basis to ensure the effectiveness of systems and processes;
Provide Local First testing and UAT Execution support;
Connect to key users;
Work cross-functionally with other domains in the project.
Requirements Business Systems Analyst - Supply Chain
The Business Systems Analyst we are looking for should be a real problem solver and have strong personal and teamwork skills.
Next to that you have:
BSc level of working;
Experience with SAP, preferably SD or WMS;
Experience with IDE and/or IDoc;
Background in Supply Chain, preferably experience with logistic warehouse processes and WMS interfaces;
Good MS Excel skills to easily analyse and compare data;
Excellent command of English, written & verbal; Dutch is a pre;
Own car is preferred because of on-site work.
Offer Business Systems Analyst - Supply Chain
A challenging position with a world leader in food and nutrition. Working location will be in the Nijmegen area for 2 or 3 days per week. Your salary will be between 4500 - 5500 is based on the weighting of your job, your experience and your training. You can initially expect a secondment contract for a six month period, with the likely possibility of an extension afterwards.
