I am looking for a Buying Coordinator for a well-known fashion company based in Amsterdam!
As part of the Buying team, you are responsible for having the right product at the right time. Moreover, you will be in strong relationship with other teams to ensure that the vision and product knowledges is transfered to other teams. You will pitch product stories to the marketing team, influence the styling and look of product images and will provide suggestions on existing collections while using data.

Responsibilities Buying Coordinator Sport and Swimwear - Temporary
As a Buying Coordinator you will be responsible for:
Establishing relationships with different divisions on selling performance and relevant data throughout the season;
Working closely with the Planning team to create seasonal range plans, buying plans, market trends and commercial opportunities;
Selecting the Ecommerce collection in alignment with the buy plan
Attending and communicating Ecommerce business needs;
Managing the Ecommerce buy process including overseeing order entry in SAP, and STO creation;
Providing input to the content team and studio during briefings for styling guides, looks, features, promotions and newsletters;
Monitoring sell-throughs in order to improve sales performance;
Research market trends, competitor activity and developments;
Work collaboratively with the Content and Site Merchandising teams.
Requirements Buying Coordinator Sport and Swimwear - Temporary
We are looking for:
5 years of experience in Buying Department;
Experience in e-commerce/fashion is an advantage;
Good eye for product;
Strong numerical and analytical skills;
A strong eye for detail, great organizational skills;
Comfortable to build relationships at all levels with suppliers and internal stakeholders;
Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
Skilled in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint;
Strong written and verbal communication skills, professional level of English required.
