For an international company in Amsterdam, we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist! Your responsibility is to bring the customer service to the next level and ensure the customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities Customer Service Specialist (German)
Within this position you are responsible for the following:
Deliver service to the customers (B2B);
Providing optimal order management;
Technical support in response to customer requests;
Developing business relationships by offering value-added products;
Focus on the needs of the customers to provide excellent services.
Requirements Customer Service Specialist (German)
You are suitable for this position if you bring the following:
3 years or more commercial B2B experience;
Fluent in German and English (spoken and written);
Team player who has a positive mindset;
Always goes the extra mile to provide high-quality customer service;
You show initiative and can work well in a fast paced environment;
Eye for detail;
The salary is between €2500 - €3000 gross a month based on 40 hours (depends on work experience and knowledge). In addition to this salary, they also offer good secondary conditions, such as a bonus structure.
