This 3* hotel located in Amsterdam is looking for a Front Office Manager! In addition to a very high level of service, this hotel ensures that there is always an energetic vibe. A combination of business guests and tourists ensures a varied working environment in which no day is the same. By striving for the highest level of informal service, you and your team will go the extra mile to guarantee that the guest has an unforgettable stay. As Front Office Manager you ensure that all operational processes run smoothly and you manage a team of +/- 15 employees.

Responsibilities Front Office Manager - 3* Hotel

You and your team will create a vibrant environment for the guests, where you ensure that they have the best experience. You manage the Front Office team of 15 employees to ensure that the work runs as efficiently as possible. In addition, you are responsible for:

  • Setting up, optimizing and guaranteeing work processes;
  • Taking care of the budgeted results and occupancy rate of the hotel;
  • Implementing the total personnel policy;
  • The recruitment and selection of new employees;
  • Conducting appraisal and performance interviews;
  • Responsible for the correct use of the reservation systems.

Requirements Front Office Manager - 3* Hotel

As a Front Office Manager you can identify yourself with the following:

  • Completed MBO4 education in hospitality;
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the hospitality industry;
  • Execellent command of the English language, Dutch is a plus;
  • You have organizational skills;
  • An above average hospitable attitude and the drive to exceed expectations.

The Offer

The salary will be based on experience and expertise, ranging between €2700 and €3000 gross per month based on fulltime.
