As Hotel Manager you call the shots. In this role, you are the backbone of this 50-room hotel located in the city center of Rotterdam. You will primarily provide their guests with unparalleled levels of hospitality, from a seamless arrival and departure experience and everything inbetween. You will make sure your team assists them with their queries and unexpressed wishes.
The candidate we are looking for is entrepreneurial, shows initiative and sees to it that the hotel and the brand can continue growing. You are not afraid to make decisions and can account for them properly. You stand your ground, are flexible and not afraid to initiate change. English is a must, conversational Dutch is appreciated. This role requires a minimum of 24 hours, but can also be fulltime at 40 hours a week, depending on your availability.
You will be working both with the team and behind the scenes. The latter involves preparing the schedules, delegating tasks and systematically running the business (P&L, stakeholder management, contract management). You will report directly to the owners of the hotel.

Salary range depends on your background and experience but will be between €3000 and €3500 based on 38 hours excluding holiday pay.
