As a Team Lead Customer Service the following activities are part of your job;
Daily management Customer Service Department;
Set clear goals and KPI's;
Control all the procedures and make sure the quality is met;
Organize training sessions and develop strategies;
Seek new ideas and strategies to improve performance;
Function criteria Team Lead Customer Service
As a Team Lead Customer Service the following criteria are necessary;
2-4 years experience in a similar role;
Ability to work under your own initiative;
Bi-lingual is a plus;
Planning, organizing, leading and motivating skills;
Problem solving and flexible;
Strong communication skills;
The intellect of a Bachelor Level.
The offer Team Lead Customer Service
The salary of the Team Lead Customer Service will be between the €2300,- and €3000,- gross per month.
