Are you going to help this well-known retail brand, HQ based out of Amsterdam, in optimizing their high-volume recruitment strategy? Together with a team of four you will focus on creating a recruitment strategy for the business, helping it to move to a more pro-active and viable recruitment model.
In this role you will supervise the recruiting team and report on their performance. This team consists of four relatively senior consultants, however, can be supported by hiring additional interim recruiters during peak season. In this role we're looking for someone who is confident and capable of creating, delivering and executing a high-volume recruitment strategy while keeping the team's and department's growth in mind.

In this role you lead and coach the team of Recruiters. You will look at improvements of the recruitment process and will inspire and encourage the team do to so as well. You will also set up the strategy for recruitment campaigns together with the Employer Branding team. You will be the main contact towards the business, making sure their needs are met and managed. To sum up: You will have an overall strategy and coaching oriented role while being the hands-on, leading by example Recruiter who helps out when needed.

The salary is between €5000 and €5600 gross a month based on 40 hours. On top of that they have very interesting secondary benefits.
