Responsibilities Interior Design Stylist - Home Furniture

Your main tasks and responsibilities are:

  • Participating in project meetings to understand products, define USPs, seting visual goals, and aligning with all stakeholders;
  • Conducting market research and trend analysis to develop creative concepts for product imagery with a focus on European styles;
  • Guiding the styling of 3D/graphic images to ensure high-quality texture, color, and lighting, while working closely with the content design team and European steering group;
  • Developing and maintaining Tone of Voice guidelines, managing content style projects, and creating a digital asset library for design consistency;
  • Leading training sessions, sharing knowledge, and assisting with innovation projects (such as AI and AR) to enhance team skills and ensure alignment with company aesthetics.

The ideal candidate is: 

  • Comfortable working with a global team across multiple locations;
  • Adaptable to an evolving company process, managing numerous projects simultaneously;
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, highly competitive online retail environment;

  • Able to travel to China for approximately 3 months per year.
