Responsibilities Cluster Facility Manager - Hotels

The organization you will be working for, offers a broad variety of facility services in the International Hospitality Industry.

Your duties and responsibilities will entail:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for the client and establishing strong client relationships;
  • Identifying and implementing initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and improving overall service delivery;
  • Monitoring vendor service delivery and contractual obligations;
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and contractors;
  • Oversee back of house services to ensure high standards.

Requirements Cluster Facility Manager - Hotels

The requirements for this role are:

  • Bachelor's degree or demonstrated equivalent experience in hospitality; 
  • +2 years of relevant working experience in management;
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English (Italian or French is a pre);
  • Able to work independently and with a team;
  • Traveling and working from different locations.
