This role is a temporary assignment from May 2025 until end of December 2025.
Responsibilities Senior SAP S/4HANA DMS Functional Consultant - Temporary
- Implement SAP S/4HANA DMS through customization, configuration, and migration.
- Maintain skills in SAP applications process design and configuration.
- Design, develop, integrate, test, and deploy SAP applications.
- Collect business requirements and create functional specifications for DMS implementation.
- Set up SAP DMS and document structure in the S/4HANA system.
- Integrate and configure SAP DMS with other core SAP S/4HANA modules.
- Train key users on DMS functionalities.
- Manage documents and associated functions such as search, distribution, version management, and workflow.
- Set up and configure SAP Knowledge management and content server.
- Work with standard workflows across MM, QM, and PM modules.

- Expertise in implementing SAP S/4HANA DMS solutions through customization, configuration, migration, and testing.
- Proficient in SAP applications process design and configuration.
- Experience in SAP application design, development, integration, testing, and deployment.
- Ability to gather business requirements and create functional specifications for SAP S/4HANA DMS implementation.
- Responsible for setting up SAP DMS and document structure in S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of integration and configuration of SAP DMS with other core SAP S/4HANA modules.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience in training key users.
- Familiarity with SAP Documents, Document Structure, Version Management, and Document workflows.
- Knowledge of SER Doxis4, SAP ECTR, and SAP PLM Cloud.
