The Infrastructure Integration Engineer plays a a pivotal role in driving architectural excellence and leading critical infrastructure initiatives within the Integration Engineering domain. This position involves significant responsibility in enhancing scalability, security, and reliability, mentoring engineers, and shaping the future of the platform through innovation and best practices.
- Lead infrastructure improvements and optimize engineering architecture.
- Develop new features and functionality for a scalable and robust ecosystem.
- Align with Engineering Leads across departments on key migrations and security initiatives.
- Drive technical debt reduction and enforce engineering best practices in testing, monitoring, and observability.
- Act as a mentor and coach, supporting the growth of less experienced engineers.
- Conduct pair programming and code reviews to maintain technical excellence.
- Establish and maintain clear architectural documentation and guidelines.
- Facilitate the productization of existing workarounds to enhance the ecosystem.
Requirements - Infrastructure Integration Engineer
- 5+ years of experience as an engineer with a focus on designing scalable, secure systems.
- Deep knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code tools, particularly Terraform.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-native architecture.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and modern API design, with attention to maintainability, versioning, and security.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and coach less experienced engineers.
- Comfortable working across teams and aligning stakeholders on shared technical direction.

- A base salary of 80-110 OTE (90%/10%) .
- Flexible hybrid working model with an office in Berlin or Munich. Remote in Germany is an option, visiting the office once every 4-6 weeks.
