UX Designer - Temporary

Are you a creative thinker with a passion for user experience and design?

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our client!

You will be working at a dynamic product team, working specifically on the Simple Shop project. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in enhancing our customer journey and ensuring a seamless user experience.
 

This is a temporary role in Utrecht from June 2025 until the end of 2025. 

Responsibilities UX Designer - Temporary

  • Investigate and catalog components used in relevant pages and functionalities within the product.
  • Collaborate with the design system team to update or create components in the design system as needed.
  • Work closely with product managers, analysts, engineers, and fellow designers to understand and document current user flows.
  • Identify and document potential improvements for future implementation.
  • Prepare detailed UX/UI designs in Figma, ensuring clarity for engineers on component usage and implementation.
  • Participate in refinement sessions to address questions and provide design clarification.
  • Review the final delivery of pages or features with engineers for quality, consistency, and accessibility.
  • Report progress and challenges to the Lead Product Designer and Product Manager.

Requirements UX Designer - Temporary

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a UX designer.
  • Knowledgeable about accessibility and design systems. 
  • Can do approach, likes to get things done.
  • E-commerce background is a big plus!

The Offer UX Designer - Temporary

This temporary position will start immediately and will last for roughly 6 months and will have a gross monthly salary in the range of €6000- €7000, excuding holiday. Unfortunately we are unable to consider freelance professionals for this role.
