This is a one-year hybrid role in Den Bosch.
Responsibilities Interim IT Project Manager (NL Based)
- Lead and coordinate project activities by transforming stakeholder inputs into strategic plans, prioritized backlogs, and sprint goals using Agile methodologies;
- Monitor and track project progress during Sprints and Program Increments, ensuring alignment with team goals and timely delivery objectives;
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders, bridging gaps between technical details and business needs;
- Provide technical support and analysis for operations using TIBCO AMX BPM, TypeScript, and AWS platforms, including incident management and troubleshooting;
- Collaborate with Ops teams to ensure smooth operational processes and address any incidents or questions that arise.
Requirements Interim IT Project Manager (NL Based)
- Experience as IT project manager in an Agile environment;
- Preferable experience with TIBCO AMX BPM or similar BPM/integration products;
- Proficient in TypeScript for operational support and debugging;
- Experience managing operations platforms;
- Ability to translate stakeholder needs into strategic plans, maintain a prioritized backlog, and set (sprint) goals;
- Hands-on experience with Jira and a thorough understanding of Scrum processes;
- Practical knowledge of AWS, including EC2 management, backup/restoration, and CloudWatch monitoring;
- Knowledge of incident management processes and ability to assist in resolving incidents and queries.
