A rapidly growing AI-driven SaaS company is looking for an experienced Backend Software Engineer. This role plays a crucial part in designing and scaling backend services for the Real-Time Communications Platform.
Job Description - Business Continuity Manager
This position is responsible for developing and managing business continuity, disaster recovery, and crisis management strategies to ensure operational stability during disruptions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain a comprehensive business continuity strategy covering critical systems and processes.
- Lead risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify vulnerabilities and recovery priorities.
- Set up and manage a cross-functional crisis management team and associated response plans.
- Collaborate with Security Operations to ensure effective, integrated incident response planning.
- Develop and deliver company-wide training and simulations to strengthen crisis preparedness.
- Ensure business continuity and crisis management policies meet ISO 22301 and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external parties to align business continuity efforts.
- Support governance and compliance by contributing to audits, customer assessments, and RFPs.
Requirements - Business Continuity Manager

Experience designing and implementing a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) aligned with ISO 22301:2019.

Experience in a ScaleUp environment.

Proven track record in business continuity, disaster recovery, or crisis management within a technical environment.

Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and risk management practices.

Ability to lead under pressure and communicate clearly during high-stress situations.

Familiarity with relevant laws, industry standards, and regulatory frameworks.
Nice to have:

Certifications such as CBCP, CISM, CRISC, or ISO 22301.

Experience with GRC tools such as ServiceNow or RSA Archer.
