After a career in sales, I joined Independent Recruiters in 2021 as a Recruitment Consultant Sales & Marketing. Since 2024, I’ve also been responsible for the business development of our Flex label. The freedom within our organization has given me the space to initiate, take on, and successfully execute meaningful projects.

Building and expanding the Flex label, organizing and attending recruitment events, creating podcasts, and founding Young Recruiters United – a platform for starting recruiters – are just a few examples of the opportunities I’ve been given at Independent Recruiters. In my role, I connect professionals and organizations on a daily basis, always with a focus on personality, ambition, and cultural fit. My strength lies in building long-term relationships and creating valuable connections. I’m energized by taking initiative, helping people move forward, and sharing knowledge and experiences.
