  • Promoting the commerciality and innovation of the brand during visual presentations.
  • You are the bridge between the Headquarters and stores. The core focus is on seasonal strategies.
  • Use creativity while creating merchandise solutions.
  • Review and implement seasonal strategies with Store/Visual Managers.
  • Provide monthly product, photo and sales feedback.
  • Stay up to date with your competitors, have the know-how what is going on the market.
  • Consistency is key in creating globally relevant merchandise presentations.
  • Ensure seasonal ISC standards and implement according to these guidelines.

  • Coach and train others to be succesful, share your know-how about Visual Merchandising practices.
  • Provide open and transparent feedback to peers.
  • Elevate experiences by provinding presentations on a regular basis.
  • Built constructive relations throughout the market.

The key for success:

  • Being a visual merchandiser for more than three years.
  • You have a driving license.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • You are a good teamplayer, but as well able to work independently.
  • Flexibility, being a problemsolver.
  • High degree of Microsoft Office skills.
  • You have an eye for detail.
  • Strong organisational skills and striving for the best results.
  • Strong verbal and written English skills, a second european language is an advantage and therefore desired.

Functieomschrijving Regional Visual Merchandiser

The Regional Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for supporting store/areas within all owned retail channels with training and implementing seasonal strategies based on global and regional guidelines. They will drive these initiatives to ensure we achieve our long-term brand and business objectives. You will work cross-functionally with Store/Retail Operations, Regional Retail Marketing, and Regional Brand Presentation to deliver a best-in-class retail experience. We offer hybrid working and flexibility to working hours to accommodate for a healthy work life balance. Ideal candidates will complete admin tasks 1 day per week from either home/local store with the remaining 3 days visiting other stores, and 1 day working from home. Regular travel will be involved within this role and a flexible approach to working hours will be required as occasional evening and weekend work will be require

Functiecriteria Regional Visual Merchandiser

• Be the expert in visual merchandising doing the role in store or similar area for more than 3 years.

• You have a Driving license.

• Excellent communication skills to properly manage all sorts of contacts.

• Ability to work as a teamplayer as well as independently.

• Resourceful with problem solving skills and being flexible to adapt to project needs.

• High degree of Microsoft Office skills.

• Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail.

• Strong English verbal and written communication skills. Second European language is strongly preferred.
