In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, working in close collaboration with the Exhibitions team, internal lines of business, and the broader marketing and sales departments.

Responsibilities Sales Manager New Business - Events & Exhibitions
As a Sales Manager in New Business, your responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting: Build relationships with new business across EMEA and occasionally internationally;
- Proposal Development: Formulate outstanding written proposals from informal documents to full formal RFP responses;
- Lead Targeting: Pro-actively target generated leads;
- System Utilization: Ensure that all internal systems are utilized to their full potential and show initiative in maximizing revenues;
- Quality Presentation: Ensure that all presentations of the company are of high quality, whether spoken, graphic, or written.
Requirements Sales Manager New Business - Events & Exhibitions
We are looking for a commercially driven person with the following background and attributes:
- At least 3 years of proven sales experience, including success in new business development;
- Ideally, experience in the exhibitions, events, or live brand experience sector;
- Strong network in Germany within sectors such as industrial, tech, FMCG, or automotive;
- Affinity with marketing, branding, or experience design;
- Strategic thinker with the ability to deliver tangible commercial results;
- Fluent in German (native/professional level) and English (fluent/business level).
