Responsibilities Front Office Manager – International Hotel Chain
As Front Office Manager, you lead by example—motivating and coaching your team to deliver an exceptional guest experience from the moment of arrival to departure. Your mission is to ensure the highest levels of both guest and team satisfaction, while continuously improving operational efficiency.
In your role, you are also responsible for:
- The daily, weekly, and monthly operation of the Front Office;
- Achieving budgeted results and maximizing hotel occupancy.
- Recruiting, onboarding, and developing new team members;
- Conducting performance reviews and appraisal meetings;
- Ensuring accurate and effective use of our reservation systems.
Requirements Front Office Manager – International Hotel Chain
As the Front Office Manager, you recognize yourself in the following profile:
- A completed Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Hospitality or Tourism;
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in the front office;
- Excellent command of English; Dutch is a strong advantage;
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, you know how to guide a team and keep things running smoothly;
- A natural sense of hospitality and a genuine passion for exceeding guest expectations.
The Offer
The salary will be based on your experience and expertise, ranging between €3300 and €3700 gross per month based on fulltime (38 hours).
