Interim IT Project Manager - Infrastructure
Are you a tech-savvy Project Manager with a passion for platform stability and performance? We’re looking for someone with a solid foundation in IT project delivery—especially in areas like SAP, IT4IT, and infrastructure—who can drive long-term improvement initiatives and align stakeholders across teams. This is a temporary assignment that will last until the end of 2025.

Responsibilities: Interim IT Project Manager - Infrastructure
Your daily tasks will include:
- Lead projects focused on system reliability, performance tuning, and capacity planning;
- Coordinate across internal teams and external service partners to align priorities and execution;
- Manage platform-related migrations and infrastructure upgrades;
- Translate strategic platform goals into actionable project plans;
- Ensure timely delivery of milestones while monitoring scope and risk;
- Promote efficiency by standardizing cost management practices across the platform landscape;
- Support right-sizing efforts to optimize resource usage and performance;
- Report on progress and blockers to stakeholders across functional and technical teams;
- Encourage simplification and continuous improvement across the platform domain.
Requirements: Interim IT Project Manager - Infrastructure
In order to succeed in this role, we ask that you have:
- 3–5 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on infrastructure or platforms;
- Hands-on experience with IT4IT frameworks and life cycle management processes;
- Familiarity with SAP systems and supporting infrastructure is strongly preferred;
- Strong coordination and stakeholder communication skills;
- Comfortable managing cross-functional and vendor relationships;
- Affinity with platform optimization, system architecture, or performance analysis;
- Experience in a tech or retail environment is an advantage;
- Fluent in English required, Dutch is preferred.
The Offer: Interim IT Project Manager - Infrastructure
This is a temporary assignment for 40 hours per week, hybrid working is possible. For a freelancer we can offer an hourly rate between € 80 en €90 euro's all in (including travel costs). Are you not a freelancer? No problem, then we can offer an contract through us. Then we offer a gross monthly salary, which we are happy to discuss in a meeting.
