Jobdescription Senior Brand Manager Europe (FMCG) - Temporary
↵As a Senior Brand Manager Europe (FMCG), you have the responsibility to:
- Lead and coordinate the sourcing network change project across multiple Danone Dairy brands;
- Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders within a complex matrix organisation, both locally and across the EU;
- Maintain a helicopter view of the project while diving into details where needed;
- Identify and challenge consumer risks and ensure brand integrity throughout the transition;
- Drive planning, organisation, and execution of project milestones with precision;
- Communicate effectively across teams, ensuring alignment and transparency.

The ideal candidate has:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a marketing-driven environment;
- A background in brand management within FMCG or similar sectors;
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence across levels;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- A strategic mind with a hands-on approach and attention to detail;
- Confidence in navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in complex environments.

For this position there is a salary based on experience and skills. It is possible to do this either as a freelancer or on contract.
