Responsibilities Product Manager - IAM

You will collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams, and be part of a great team that's small enough to take a lot of responsibility. You work closely with development teams and guide them on product features, and in general infulence the product and drive technical innovation throughout the organization.

Some of the responsibilities include:

  • Manage end-to-end product innovation and delivery;
  • Define product vision and strategy;
  • Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to create a product roadmap;
  • Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and a prioritized product backlog;
  • Ensure quality, performance, and compliance of products;
  • Drive continuous improvement and maintain relevant documentation;
  • Understand and align product features with business objectives and technical feasibility.

Requirements Product Manager - IAM

  • At least 3 years of experience in a Product Manager or Product Owner role, ideally in a complex environment;
  • Higher professional education (HBO/WO) degree, preferably in business administration or IT;
  • Experience with cloud-based applications, ideally using Azure, and familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices;
  • Understanding of supply chain processes is a big plus;
  • Knowledge of secure software development standards or healthcare is a big plus;
  • Experience in the international roll-out of products is a big plus.
