Join this dynamic team and grow into the role of Cluster Manager, responsible for behind-the-scenes operations in several hotels in Paris and northern Spain.

As Cluster Manager you’ll expand your responsibility to a cluster of hotels, managing all back-of-house operations which include housekeeping, laundry, waste management, and other facility-related services. You'll be responsible for coordinating with service providers to ensure the highest quality of service while continuously working to reduce costs. On a tactical level, you will manage quality control, uphold contractual agreements, develop processes, and oversee account management.

Your duties and responsibilities will entail:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for the client;
  • Providing regular updates and reports on facility operations, performance, and budget-related matters;
  • Identifying and implementing initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and continuously improve service delivery;
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors, managing their performance effectively;
  • Monitor vendor service delivery to ensure compliance with agreed service levels and contractual obligations;
  • Oversee back-of-house services — including cleaning, linen, pest control, and waste management — to ensure consistently high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the property.

Requirements Executive Housekeeper with Cluster Management Aspirations

The requirements for this role are:

  • Bachelor's degree or demonstrated equivalent experience in hospitality; 
  • 2+ years of relevant working experience in management;
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English (Dutch or German is a pre);
  • Able to work independently and with a team;
  • Traveling and working from different locations;
  • Preferably someone who is based in the area of Paris and close-by an airport.
