Responsibilities Hotel Manager - Maldives Luxury Resort

As Hotel Manager, you are responsible for: 

  • Oversee the daily operations of the hotel;
  • Lead and inspire a team of executives, fostering a culture of excellence;
  • Ensure financial stewardship and support the budget management process;
  • Uphold quality and brand standards, implementing initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction;
  • Elevate the guest experience, ensuring it is both refined and emotionally resonant;
  • Foster a workplace where team members are empowered to grow and contribute.

Requirements Hotel Manager - Maldives Luxury Resort

As a successful Hotel Manager, you meet the following criteria;

  • You have an internationally recognised degree in tourism, hospitality or a similar field; 
  • Proven Ultra-Luxury EAM / Director of Operations experience;
  • Experience in resort settings with world-class dining is a plus;
  • Willingness to relocate and live on one of the world's unique islands, the Maldives (single package);
  • A sustainability passionate and inspirational leader with a strong commercial focus;
  • Creative and strategic thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
